Your Kuvola is covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong due to manufacturing issues, we'll repair or replace it—your choice.

Making a Claim

2. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps
3. Send it back if needed—we'll provide a prepaid shipping label
4. Receive your replacement or repair within 10 business days
