📦 Kuvola Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kuvola! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and expectations.


 

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries. 

We are working on expanding to additional regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to us at support@kuvola.com.


 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and order weight/size.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.



📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


 

✈️ Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by your country (if any).

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices.

  • If applicable, your local customs office will contact you directly.


 

📮 Tracking Your Order

 

After your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after shipment.

If you didn’t receive tracking or have issues with your order, email us at support@kuvola.com.


 

📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package seems delayed or lost in transit:

  • First, check the tracking link for updates.

  • Contact the carrier for more information.

  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.

Please note: Kuvola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.



🧳 Shipping During Holidays or Peak Seasons

During holiday periods or peak shopping events, shipping may take longer due to carrier volume and customs processing. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.



❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.



🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return your order, please review our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed Kuvola masks cannot be returned.
