Kuvola AirPods Pro 3 Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Kuvola AB, Utlandagatan 6c, 412 61 Gothenburg, Sweden, company registration number 559391-9268 ("Kuvola", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Kuvola AB, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway opens on July 22, 2026 and closes on August 30, 2026 at 23:59 CET. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and both carry equal weight:

(a) Complete the survey. Complete the Kuvola traveler survey at https://tally.so/r/Pdy0Qx and provide a valid email address. Completing the survey is free and does not require a purchase.

(b) Free alternative entry (no survey, no purchase). Send an email to support@kuvola.com with the subject line "AirPods Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, email address, and country of residence. Entries submitted this way receive exactly the same chance of winning as survey entries.

Limit: one entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by automated means, and entries using multiple email addresses to circumvent this limit will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3, approximate retail value USD $249.

The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered, except that Kuvola reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Kuvola will cover shipping to the winner's address within the eligible regions. Any other costs associated with accepting the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on August 30th, 2026, conducted by Kuvola. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email at the address supplied with their entry within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification being sent, Kuvola reserves the right to forfeit that prize and draw an alternate winner.

7. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes arising from acceptance of the prize, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. Kuvola recommends the winner consult a tax adviser if unsure.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry does not obligate the winner to participate in publicity. Kuvola will request the winner's separate written consent before using their name, likeness, or statements in any marketing material.

9. Personal data

Kuvola AB is the data controller for personal data submitted in connection with this Giveaway.

What we collect: the information you provide with your entry — email address, and, if you enter via the survey, your survey responses.
Why: to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, and (in the case of survey responses) improve our products and marketing.
Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in running the Giveaway.
Retention: entry data is retained for the duration of the Giveaway and for six (6) months after the draw, then deleted.
Your rights: under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@kuvola.com.

Entering the Giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Survey responses are used in aggregate; individual responses are only quoted publicly where the respondent has given separate permission.

10. General conditions

Kuvola reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

If the Giveaway cannot run as planned — due to technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond Kuvola's reasonable control — Kuvola reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify it, and to award the prize from eligible entries received before the point of cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuvola is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize. Nothing in these rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

12. Platform

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Tally, Meta, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote or host it.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of Sweden. Nothing in these rules deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of their country of residence, and consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts where local law provides that right.
